In the ever-changing sector of transportation, the client had to have a Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA) performed on the fare payment platform. We worked with the client to help them understand the outcome of the assessment and the security and privacy controls that need to be implemented. Our team not only explained the results of these assessments but also provided strategic guidance on necessary steps for the organization to address findings and recommendations. Fostered collaboration with the security team and the organization’s Privacy Team, and adherence to the directives of the Ontario Privacy Commissioner’s Office were key components of our successful projects.
